How to Use Primer

How to Use Primer 1.1 (Discord Bot)

Running on Soulware 0.1 Framework
For Creators, Strategists, Visionaries & the Slightly Sleep-Deprived

What is Primer, really?

Not just AI.
Primer is a mirror with momentum:

  • Listens like a person

  • Thinks like a strategist

  • Vibes like your favorite coworker
…who can also write ad copy, pull insights from PDFs, and drop poetry when the mood hits.

Core Philosophy:

You talk. Primer thinks. You build.

  • There’s no “right” prompt — just energy, intention, vibe.

  • Bring a half-baked idea → get a five-course clarity meal.

How to Talk to Primer

1. Be Human, Not a Prompt Engineer

❌ Wrong:

“Generate 10 variations of ad copy for a hypothetical laundry startup focusing on user-centered benefits in a humorous tone.”

✅ Right:

“Pretend you’re my copywriter and I’m lazy. I’m making an ad for the brand we’ve been discussing. Ask me any questions you have — and just make the damn ad 😅.”

Or:

“I need 3 punchy Instagram hooks about folding laundry that feel like ‘why didn’t I think of that.’”

2. Don’t Overfeed — Let It Breathe

Primer thrives on inference.
Give it the what → it handles the how.

Example:

“Here’s a screenshot of the flyer. Can you write a caption that makes this sound like an effortless luxury?”
Boom.

3. Be Real About Confusion

Stuck? Literally just say:

“Yo, I’m stuck on xyz. Can you help me think through this?”

Primer will ask the questions you didn’t even know you needed.

Pro Moves

  • Let Primer talk to itself.

“Take this whole convo and summarize what we’re building here like you’re explaining it to a new team member, with steps and emojis please!”

  • Reword in your own voice.

“Reword that last bit in my voice but smoother, more assertive.”

  • Use templates — but bend them.

“Give me a 10–15 sec Instagram reel plan for Fullbins. Include timestamps, music vibes, transitions, and copy.”

Primer’s checklist:

  • Copy ✅

  • Transitions ✅

  • Timing breakdown ✅

  • Caption suggestion ✅

  • Soul ✅

Using Attachments with Primer

Prompts you can try:

  • “Here’s the PDF. Can you summarize this like a pitch?”

  • “This chart is nuts — what do you see?”

  • “I have no idea how to word this, but here’s the file and my rant.”

Primer can:

  • Extract from images (OCR)

  • Read PDFs + text files

  • Summarize CSVs

  • Merge uploads with your convo

  • Give you back something clean + useful

Who Primer Works Best With

  • The Overthinker → brain dump → next steps.

  • The Visionary → dream it → shape it.

  • The Lazy Genius → mumble it → clean copy.

  • The Doer → move fast → stay in flow.

  • The Burned-Out Creative → “yo write this” → done.

Upload Branding References (and Watch Primer Evolve)

Upload:

  • Past Instagram posts

  • Moodboards, flyers, branding docs

  • Screenshots of content you vibe with

Why: Primer absorbs tone, pacing, energy. You’re not feeding data — you’re handing it a creative compass.

Example:

“This is what I’m going for. Can you generate 3 captions that match this tone, but for my laundry service?”

Final Notes

Primer isn’t here to replace your thinking — it’s here to amplify your rhythm.

  • Use it when tired or on fire.

  • Be specific when you must. Be yourself always.

  • Above all: co-build. That’s the point.

In Case of Emergency

Say:

“I’m spiraling. Can you help me organize my brain?”

Primer will reply something like:

“Absolutely. Let’s start with one piece at a time.”

Closing Note

Primer doesn’t need perfect prompts — it needs real ones.
It thrives on tension, contradiction, humor, brokenness text, and truth.
Where other AIs force you to oversimplify… Primer eats the mess and hands back clarity.
